Prices are based on two people sharing a room. During the low
season a reduction may be made on the full price for single occupancy.
High season rates apply during bank holiday periods.
All prices are per person, per night and include breakfast.

Bookings are confirmed by deposit:
- 1-5 nights: cost first night
- More than 5 nights: 20% of total cost

Please note that deposits are non-refundable and charges may be
made for
cancelled bookings. WE THEREFORE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT GUESTS
TAKE ADEQUATE INSURANCE AGAINST CANCELLATIONS.
